All India Balkan-ji-Bari was founded in 1923 by a great lover of children – Late Padmashri Shewak Bhojraj fondly known as ‘Dada’. The organization was founded with the object of bringing cheer and joy into the life of children, the privileged and the not so privileged. The Bari provides an educative environment, where children can learn through play and recreation. The Bari believes that education together with recreation can draw out the best in a child.
All India Balkan-Ji-Barii nitiated the pioneer movement in India for advancement of education of children, the spread of all kinds of useful knowledge among them, and generally to work for the physical, mental and moral welfare of children. Since then, All India Balkan-Ji-Bari has forged ahead in providing Child Welfare Services in the state.
It has also pioneered the movement of educating the tribals by starting a primary residential school for them in 1967 which was later on developed into a Secondary school with almost 580 students studying there and 45o students living in the hostel.

I was the active member of the Delhi State Balkan-ji-Bari during the year 1964-67 when its State headquarter was in Theater Communication Building, Cannought Palace, New Delhi. At present, I am Up Pradhan Sanchalak, Sarvdeshik Aryaveer Dal.
