The World of Children Annual Awards Program has announced three awards for individuals who have worked to improve the lives of children across the globe and they have been implementing programs to support children in need. The Program awards these individuals by supporting them with cash grants and furthering their cause. Interestingly, all the awards under this program are offered to individuals who are running NGOs with programs addressing the needs of children. There are actually three awards in this Program:
1. The 2009 Humanitarian Award which has a maximum grant of US $50,000 and is given individuals who have worked for children in the areas of social services, education and humanitarian services. Individuals should have made volunatary efforts in this direction for a minimum of ten years.
2. The 2009 Health Award also has a maximum grant of US $50,000 to individuals who have supported children in the fields of health, medicine or the sciences. The individual has to be involved in voluntary work for a minimum of ten years.
3. The 2009 Founder’s Youth Awards are for youths under the age of 21 years and who have made significant contributions to the lives of other children.

We are running English Medium school in coastal area in Gujarat (India) without any assistence from Govt or Pvt.Institutes. All lady teachers educating children from Nursery(Pre schooling) to 7 std. We pay rent, service charges etc. from fees collected. Need of a day is to give education in English to rural & poor mass. WE need fund for infrastracture i.e. school building, school bus, teaching equipments etc. WE doing this as social responsibility since last 7years with poor infrastracture. SUVIDHA
