Background:
Aspiring for Achievement Foundation (AAF) is a national organization working for the poor, marginalized with a dedication to promote empowerment of vulnerable sections, deprived caste and backward regions through relevant action-programmes, training and capacity building in 2008.

AAF has a strong team of professionals who are plucked from different disciplines such as sociology, IT, NGO management, MBA marketing, HR Account professionals etc.

AAF working towards education, health, providing economic opportunities by facilitating access, generating employment and delivering essential services for the past two years in rural and urban areas. AAF is also involved in management and people centered empowerment orientation interventions. Building strong models of community development, AAF realized the need for dissemination of learning’s of these interventions to initiate a wider change process of information sharing and networking. Its core values are to ensure transparency and accountability to supporters, ability to take risks for the poor, its wide out-reach, commitment of the team and desire to give the Best.

Vision: – Promoting human development in its diverse aspects, the foundation gives particular attention to transform the lives of poor, women, marginalized and economically backward section of the communities by creating equal opportunities, enhance their potentials to lead a life of justice, equality with dignity.
Mission: – A credible organization that upholds the values of accountability and transparency in every task which is undertaken.

In addition to it main office in New Delhi. It has branch office in Ranchi, Dhanbad (Jharkhand), West Bengal.

The following are the ongoing activities of AAF:

? Running 4 remedial centers for children so that their learning gaps are reduced, they are able to keep up with school and successfully complete their schooling in Delhi and Jharkhand.
? Study classes for Class VII to XI children in Delhi and Jharkhand
? Running pre-school in Delhi.
? Regular Educational activities (competitions, essay and slogan writing, Art & Craft) workshops awareness camp on environment, health and sanitation drive.
? Regular conducting vocational training for girl’s and women (mehndi application, embroidery, pickle making)
