Vision of the organisation :
“ To obtain socio, economic, political and cultural rights for the dalit community, especially for the dalit women to live a non-violent, non-discriminatory, gender sensitive and self reliant life. Enforce a fair, just, gender sensitive, humanistic society for women, children, underprivileged and deprived sections of the society in Tamil Nadu.”
Objectives of the organisation :
· To liberate dalits of various faiths – the most under privileged, from social injustice, untouchabIlity and discrimination.
· To organise women from dalit community, indigenous community, Gypsies (nomadic tribes) and most deprived sections of the women into Self Help Groups for socio, economic, political and cultural empowerment and enable them to lead a self reliant and self sustained life.
· To provide training to women / dalit women / HIV positive people on their basic rights to live in the society.
· To provide awareness and preventive education to adolescent girls working in industrial sectors on HIV / AIDS, educate them on life skills, humanism, and non violent society.
· To provide care, support and rehabilitation for the HIV positive people and their children who are most deprived and excluded community.
· To empower women and girl children among high-risk communities to combat trafficking and to protect and reintegrate the victims of Trafficking.

Greetings,
I Mr. Cholla Chandra Sekhar Azad, who is the founder President and Chief Functionary. of the IDEAP Charitable Society. I would like to bring the facts regarding about organizations.
The IDEAP Charitable Society established in the year 2003. Since its inception the Organization working with love in action in welfare and developmental activities in Scheduled area East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. Our main vision is to create more equal opportunities to indigenous people who are living in dense forests and hill area deforestation and illegal mining devastate the normal life of the primitive tribal groups & Dalits. Our organization generating awareness onSC/ST Acts and other related Acts. We are conducting training camps to Climat Change Adolescent girls and boys to arrest prevalence of HIV/Aids, T.B., Malaria other contagious diseases and food & shelter.
So, I earnestly requesting my sufflications to make an grants to my small Voluntary Organization, Which is working with core values of transparency, accountability and good governance.
