A.CHILDREN
1. To ensure that children have access to education, health services, clean water and sanitation, food/nutrition.
2 .To facilitate children to identify their talents and develop them 3. To create an enabling environment for the children especially most marginalized and vulnerable to meet their needs for quality education and health.
4.To stop all factors such as child violation, child marriages, sexism, child labour which prevent children from education.
5.To enable children meet the costs for education.
6.To stop child prostitution.
B.YOUTH
·Develop a frame-work that clearly identifies and reduces the gapes limiting the youth, marginalized women, poor men, children and other disadvantaged groups in participating and discussion making in development activities.
·Facilitating the youth to identify and make use of their potentials for their own development.
·To create an enabling environment which will enable the youth to implement their responsibilities depending on their respective needs to active development and fight against poverty.
· To increase democracy among the youth based on peace and social justice.
C. WOMEN
·To stop all kinds of violence against women in the community.
·To create enabling environment that will enable women to implement their activities in the community depending on their needs to achieve development.
·To facilitate women to identify and make use of their potentials for their development.
·To fight against patriarchal system that is exploitative to the women.
·To build the capacity of women and empower them for fighting against poverty.
·To fight against sexism where women are considered inferior to men.
·To increase democracy among women based on peace and social justice.

We strive to bridge the gap between these deserving candidates and quality education by overcoming the barriers in acquiring it. I Francis have voluntary organization called as” CREATIVE SOCIAL WELFARE SOCIETY”
We are dedicated to serve the downtrodden poor people. Mainly we are doing our works in rural areas.
We uplift their livelihood to aware then in all aspects to provide children Education to aware health provide medicines. Mainly we formation of self-help groups and Mahila groups for there sake of finical assistant we run the orphan children homes, HIV/AIDS awareness programs to provide some support to the victims . we conducting AIDS awareness camps water and sanitation monitoring water quality and surveillance ,child rehabilitation programs.
We have sufficient infrastructure facilities with our organization running the program successfully.
