The organization was registered under the ‘Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860′ in July 2003 and followed by exemptions under 80G (5) (vi), and 12A under ‘Income Tax Regulation Act 1961, from the office of the Director of Income Tax (E), and Allotted of Tax Deduction Account Number (TAN) as per the Income Tax Act, 1961, Govt. of India, and obtained Registration under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) (F.C.R.A.) Act. 1976 from Ministry of Home Affair, Government of India.
