Profile:
THE SOCIAL WELFARE SOCIETY FOR WEAKER COMMUNITIES (SWSWC) has been established in the year of 1980 for the poor people, by the poor people for their emancipation. The main conception of it is to eradicate the culture of silence and create voice for voiceless people. This is majorly experienced the harassment and exploitation of the rich riots in the villages. The wealthy people treat the poor and weaker as a mute animal. Unbearable burnt of ill treatment and humiliation, a few of the villages migrated into the urban area to live in peace and justice.

Therefore, this organization has registered as per the Societies Registration ACT XXI of 1860 and obtained the registered No.26/1980 and also got permission from the ministry of Home Affairs to seek financial support from Aboard. Its FCRA No. is 010160191. The organization also registered under 12A of Income Tax Act of Government of Andhra Pradesh, INDIA and also 80 G (5) (vi) of Income Tax Act of Government of Andhra Pradesh, INDIA . Since then we have implemented several considerable development activities for the upliftment of rural poor people without any discrimination of caste, creed and religion, with our own contribution and support from the generous people who are inspired for this precious task on humanitarian grounds.

In the initial stage, the President, the Executive committee members and a few volunteers had conducted an intensive survey and found out the main reasons for the oppression and depression of the rural people. We had gathered all the people on the platform in every village and created awareness about the unity and solidarity. And also we have inspired them about their precarious condition and reasons for their undevelpoment. Thus we have formed Mahila Sanghas, youth Associations and brought them under one unity without any discrimination of caste, creed and religion.

We have approached and appealed so many generous Donor Agency and sought their support for development activities in the villages.
• Our organization is regularly celebrating functions as well as cultural programmes and also celebrating National festivals in view to develop National Integrity among the people.
• On behalf of our society many sports and games tournaments were conducted and prizes were distributed.
• The society participated in the Eye camps conducted at Jamalamudugu. We provided accommodation for the examination of patients in our Vocational Training Building at Muddanur. On the succeeding the patients were taken to Jamalamudugu where the operations were conduction.
• The organization is conducted seminars and Training Programmes for the rural groups at all levels. Where we are exploiting new strategies and innovative methods in view to improve the status of the rural masses and their communities, subjects like Leadership, Elimination of child Labour and street children, social forestry and Environmental Sanitation, Agriculture and other Income Generation schemes were taught among them.
• The society took active interest and actively involved itself with the National programme of PULSE POLIO IMMUNISATION, which took place in Muddanur. Many children of 0-3 year’s age were administered with Polio drops by the staff members and Health Department.

EXPERIENCE OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:
The Executive committee members belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes but later on converted into Christianity. They have found many problems and had bitter experience in their life. Since then, the Executive committee members firmly determined to fight for Right of the weaker community and work for the emancipation of this despised sector of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes. They rendered several services to the rural poor people without any discrimination of Caste, Creed and Religion. The executive committee members have interest to work more for eradication of poverty, Untouchablility and Castism.
