Objective of Organization
1. To work towards bringing socioeconomic parity to the unrepresented and marginalized sector of the society.
2. To work towards eliminating the dual evils of illiteracy and poverty from our society with prime focus on child and women development in urban and rural areas.
3. To create awareness about prevention of diseases like HIV/AIDS and promote the importance of good health in general.
4. To upgrade women & child as a potential force to change society and nation.

Strengths and Achievements of the Organization
Strengths:
• On the field experience of around 12 years.
• Focused, experienced and highly qualified management team from diverse background.
• Experienced in the field of organizing awareness camps and has been instrumental in dissemination of information related to health and general well being in districts of Vaishali, Khagaria, Araria, Saharsa.
• Representation of people from marginalized section in the operating staff.
• Fully equipped centralized office with computers and well trained staff.
Achievements:
• Formed 200 Self Help Groups as per norms of DRDA, Vaishali out of which around 50% are women oriented and working towards women empowerment.
• These SHGs produce around 600 ltrs of milk daily for sale in the market & are involved in manufacturing of pickles & incense sticks
• 06 computer literacy centers for people of the marginalized society
• Accomplished vaccination of Hepatitis-B of nearly 10,000 (ten thousand) impoverished people
• Championing the very cause of such vital issues such as health awareness, women empowerment and agriculture
• Imparted vocational training among poverty stricken rural women. It has played pivotal role for women’s self-reliance and emancipation.

Types: Microfinance SHGs, Dairy driven SHGs, Pickels & Incense Sticks producing SHGs.
