Description: The organisation is doing some survey. We need some volunteer who can help us in data entry. Second somebody should help us in the documention and report writing with results.

End-result desired: we are able to identify some issues and preparea project proposal to work in that area. documentation helps us to keep our record up to date.

Responsibilities: Community worker collects the suvey. The data entry person enter the data with the help of the epertise or by himself and gives us the entire report of the programme documention of the work what we are doing
